The Programs

Front Range Sports Performance & Fitness Packages

Individualized Sports Performance Training: $780 - ($65 per session)
One-on-One training for the focused athlete who demands the best results through athletic development and sports performance training

  • Twelve 75 minute sessions*
  • Train 2-4 times per week

Sports Performance Group Training: $260 per individual - ($21.66 per session)
Allows athletes with similar goals to train in a group environment for sport specific needs

  • Twelve 75 minute sessions*
  • Train 2-4 times per week (group members must train together in all sessions)
  • Minimum of 3 athletes per group
  • Maximum of 5 athletes per group

Sports Performance Team Training: $600 per team
Allows a competitive team to train together with a detailed exercise prescription tailored to the specific qualities of the sport

  • Ten one hour sessions;
  • Train 1-3 times per week (all team training must be scheduled together);
  • Minimum of 6 athletes;
  • Maximum of 15 athletes.

RedRocks CrossFit: $119 per month (unlimited training)
For the over-reaching and slightly insane group who would like to test their bodies’ limits

  • Athletes must first learn the Fundamental CrossFit movements before entering group training. Please check the schedule for class times.
  • Up to 5 WOD training sessions per week
  • Additional Fundamental skills and Olympic lifting technique training available
  • One-on-one and small group (2-4) training available

Front Range Weightlifting Club: $300 - for the 1st "teaching" month and $119 per month thereafter
Athletes will begin training three times per week and have the ability to graduate to five times per week in the disciplines of Olympic Weightlifting. Our intention is to provide school-age youth and young adults the opportunity to maximize athletic potential through Olympic Weightlifting.

  • 12 one hour sessions (must commit to training 3 times per week);
  • Train up to 5 times per week;
  • Siblings receive 50% off monthly fee (2 or more must be training concurrently);
  • Refer a friend and receive 50% off the next month.

World Champion Grandmaster Don RamosFront Range Adult Weightlifting Program: $300 - for the 1st "teaching" month and $149 per month thereafter
Allows adults 21 and older to learn the Olympic Weightlifting movements

  • 12 one hour sessions in first month (must commit to training 3 times per week);
  • All training sessions in the first month will be no larger than 3:1 athlete to instructor ratio;
  • Succeeding months’ training will be in the group setting;
  • “Teaching” month will not apply to clients already proficient in the Olympic movements.

6-Pack in the Garage: $300 - ($50 per 50 minute session)
Allows clients the opportunity to explore a new and unique way of fitness training

Fitness with a Buddy: $350 per person
Add more pizzazz to your fitness regime and train with a friend

  • Twelve one hour sessions*
  • Train 2-4 times per week (group members must train together in all sessions)

For the individual who would like to begin a personalized training regimen to transform his/her present fitness habits

  • Twelve one hour sessions*
  • Train 2-3 times per week

Continuing Development Package: $1,382.40 - ($55.30 per session)
For the intermediary yet dedicated individual who is looking for new and exciting ways to attain fitness goals

  • 25 one hour sessions (one free session)*
  • Train 2-4 times per week

Goal Setters Package: $1,944 - ($51.16 per session)
For the focused individual who desires assistance in achieving his/her fitness goals

  • 38 one hour sessions (two free sessions)*
  • Train up to 4 times per week

    *Must complete 12 sessions in a maximum of six (6) weeks, 24 sessions in a maximum of twelve (12) weeks and 36 sessions in a maximum of eighteen (18) weeks or remaining sessions will be forfeited. Effective for all services provided. Exceptions can be made on an individual basis.
